About
A Dispatch Line, Not a Contractor: About Rowlett TX Plumbing Pros
Rowlett TX Plumbing Pros is a phone number and a website that put Rowlett homeowners in touch with independent local plumbers.
We are not a plumbing contractor, and nothing on this site says we are. This page explains what we are instead, so you know what you are ringing.
A referral service, in plain terms
When you call, the call is answered by our dispatch line and routed to a plumber serving your area. That plumber is independent. They run their own business, do their own work and are responsible for it.
Their license details are there for the asking, before any work starts, on the phone or at the door. We say the same thing in the footer of every page so you do not have to hunt for it.
The site exists because most people ring a plumber when something is already wrong, and do not have one saved. One number and one person asking what is happening shortens that gap.
Where the information on this site comes from
Local claims on these pages are checked against public sources, and the main ones are listed here so you can check them too.
| Topic | Source | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Plumber licensing in Texas | Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners | Plumbing FAQs |
| Permits and inspections in Rowlett | City of Rowlett, Building Safety | Common plumbing questions and the cost guide |
| Water source and hardness | North Texas Municipal Water District | water heater repair and tankless units |
| Rowlett's clay soil | Texas State Soil booklet, Houston Black series | slab leak repair |
| Digging near buried lines | Call 811 | sewer line repair |
What we will not put on a page
You will not find invented customer reviews here, a count of years in business, named staff, a license number or a promised arrival time. None of those can be checked from this site, and an unverifiable detail is worse than leaving it out.
Prices are the same. The cost breakdown page gives ranges, never a single price, because a firm price needs someone to look at the job.
Want to talk to a person instead of reading? Ring dispatch.
Sixteen services, four Rowlett neighbourhoods and six nearby towns
The short version of the scope, with the detail on the pages it links to.
- Sixteen plumbing services, from burst pipes and slab leaks to toilet repair, are listed on the services page.
- Four neighbourhoods in Rowlett itself fall inside our coverage. Six neighbouring towns have pages but sit outside it. The service areas page explains the difference.
- Flood work stops at drying. Rebuilding afterwards is a contractor's trade, not ours.
- Questions that cover more than one job are on the Frequently asked plumbing questions.
Curious how a call is handled? Ring and ask.
How the pages are written
Every page starts from a problem a caller actually has, drawn from what people say on plumbing calls, and then explains how the job is dealt with. Rowlett facts are there because they explain why the problem happens here, not as decoration.
Where something could not be verified, the page says so. The permits answer on the FAQs page, for example, states that the city's thresholds could not be read, instead of guessing at one.

Questions about how this works?
Ring and ask. A straight answer about how the service works is part of the service.
